Vaishnavi Chella is a seasoned consultant and trusted advisor to promoters and senior leadership teams of growth-stage organisations.

She partners directly with founders and leadership teams to help businesses navigate critical talent and leadership inflexion points particularly during phases of rapid growth, professionalisation, succession transition, or cultural realignment.

Her advisory approach is diagnostic-led, outcome-oriented, and deeply contextual. She believes that talent is not a support function, but a strategic lever for competitive advantage and long-term sustainability.

In this role, he works closely with clients in shaping our Leadership development solutions to deliver sustainable results. He also works with the team of Program Directors and the entire coach community to enhance CFI’s leader development and coaching expertise to retain our cutting edge.

He is also a Master Facilitator in all the programs in our Graduate School of Coaching. This includes the flagship Post Graduate Programme in Executive Coaching as well as our Leader as Coach programs designed and delivered to bring about cultural transformation within organisations.
