
The first year of totus was a revelation. Without a single advertisement, the practice thrived on the strength of a reputation built through HR Leadership roles. Long before “start-up” was a buzzword or “Fractional CHRO” was a title, totus was in the trenches with entrepreneurs, providing the strategic glue that helped their organizations scale. This growth was never fuelled by marketing; it was built entirely on trust and word-of-mouth and the “Ganesh Chella” approach a blend of behavioral science and a deep understanding of the Indian spirit.

2006 | A Year of Expansion: Driven by a restless curiosity about human potential, Ganesh traveled to Australia to earn international coaching certifications. This wasn’t just a personal milestone; it was the spark that gave birth to Coaching Foundation India (CFI).
A Dual Evolution: For nearly two decades, Ganesh has run both totus and CFI in parallel. While totus remains the strategic heart—hands-on and bespoke—CFI became the pioneering force for executive coaching in the country.
The Written Legacy: This journey of 2.5 decades has been documented in his books and the establishment of an HR school, all created with a single purpose: to build organisations around great ideas and great leaders.
